What happens in Vegas stays... a good 15 miles off the actual strip, just to be sure. Or such was the case with Chris Hudak during his orchestrated visit with big huge game publisher, Midway. This is his story.

Chris Hudak and a gaggle of other game journalists were recently treated to a trip to Vegas under the auspices of Midway and the "Gamer's Day" event that allowed said journos a sneak peak at several forthcoming Midway games. Ironically, they weren't actually in Vegas per se, but at least one game, made up for it.

DFC: Nintendo looks to conquer Europe

Game industry analyst group, DFC Intelligence, is readying forecasts for release over the next few month. In this overview, DFC notes that Nintendo Wii is expected to dominate Europe, the PlayStation3 might start to recover but never regain its former dominance, and the Xbox 360 will just sort of dither about in all European markets other than the U.K.

Gran Turismo 5 Prologue

Not actually the Gran Turismo 5 that has motorsport aficionados around the world all hot and bothered with anticipation. No, it's a "prologue," an interactive prolegomenon of the full game that still doesn't have a release date. A tease. But, oxymoronically, a tease that satisfies.

Zero Wireless for PS3

For five dollars more, Nyko's Zero Wireless controller for PlayStation3 does everything a DualShock3 does, some of it just as effectively, some of it not as well, but at least they had the decency to include a 10' USB cord.
